XO: Created from 15 Eaux de Vie - minimum age 10 years

Appearance:  A robust oak-amber with warm red hues

Nose: A warm bouquet of wood and vanilla with ripe summer fruit, jam and honey

Profile: Initially rich, round and mellow on the palette. Developing tones of gingerbread, crystallised fruits, nuts, dates and a hint of spice at the finish. Excellent as an after dinner drink.
